India’s Aam Aadmi Party becomes the latest political party to have achieved this title of a recognised National Party. Founded in November 2012 by Arvind Kejriwal, the party won the Punjab Assembly Elections and 5 seats in the Gujarat Elections last year. Check which parties lost their national labels.
