Asia’s Largest Compressed Biogas Plant: Asia's largest Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant has begun its commercial operations in Sangrur, Punjab. The New and Renewable Energy Minister Aman Arora confirmed on 12th August that the plant has a total capacity of 33.23-tonne CBG per day.
