how to fast computer

if your computer is slow Please folow the instruction below
Step 1
Press windows key + r to go to the run dialog then type %temp% then press enter
after opening the temp files press control +a to select all files then press shift + delete to delete all files
Step 2
press windows key +r to open the run dialog again then type prefetch then press enter
after opening files press control + a to select all files then press shift + delete to delete all files
Step 3
again open the run dialog then type cleanmgr then press enter then select C: then click ok then wait for calculating
please tick the all tick boxes in the disk cleanup dialog then click ok to delete the files then click yes
